Career summary

From April 2004 to May 2014: International Manpower and Services Company, Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No 1 (CIENCO1), Ministry of Transport, outbound, including Japan.
From June 2014 until now: Officer of the Planning and R&D Management Department, Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (VINATOM), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). She coordinates information and communication activities with many organizations and agencies in the nuclear energy area. She writes, translates and edits nuclear information be published on the VINATOM’s website and Nuclear Science and Technology Journal.
She also collects data and international experience on communication for Center Project of the Nuclear Science and Technology (CNST) and promotes public communication activities on radiation, nuclear safety and nuclear power program, etc.
The project of cooperation to build a Center for Nuclear Science and Technology was agreed to be implemented in an agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Russian Federation (signed on November 21, 2011). At present, it is in Feasibility study (FS) period.
The focus of the project is a research reactor with an estimated capacity of about 10 MW, main goals: Production of radioactive isotopes and radioactive pharmaceuticals for cancer diagnosis and treatment; irradiation of silicon to make semiconductor materials.

Hobbies

She is fond of reading newspapers, watching news, listening to Vietnamese and Japanese traditional music (Koto and Shamisen), walking, biking, traveling and taking part in volunteer activities. In Vietnam’s New Year traditional Festival, she usually travels with her friend group to the remote and poor areas to give clothes, learning tools and food to the poor pupils.
